Following the recent Government announcement regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) guidelines we would like to assure all our customers that although our offices are closed, we are working as normal behind the scenes to manage our property sales and transactions.

The health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and business associates involved in the selling and letting process is of the utmost importance to us whilst ensuring that the impact on the continuity of our services is kept to a minimum. We would like to reassure all our customers that the fundamental operations of our business are operating and we will continue to assist everyone wherever possible.

If there are any situations that we are unable to deal with due to circumstances outside of our control, you will be informed as soon as possible.

We are very sorry that we are all in this position and we appreciate your understanding in what are very challenging times.

The property market was up to recently enjoying a renewed confidence but we, as responsible community minded estate agents, have a responsibility to you as customers, as well as our staff, to do all we can to prevent the spread of infection, so that we can  return to ‘normality’ as early as possible.

The UK property market has proved remarkably resilient over many years and we believe the current situation will not have a long term bearing on the property market.
