Our property management division has grown to be the largest department within the company. From a single desk in 1993 the property management staff now occupy a whole trading floor of our head office in Dartford. At any time they could be employing up to 50 sub contractors and suppliers ensuring our landlords properties and tenants are looked after. The property managers are responsible for hundreds of properties and take great pride in their work. The most popular accolade they receive on a regular basis is that they all work local to the properties they manage and are easily accessible to their landlords and tenants.
